Quality Audits

Domestic Innovations has in place a structured career path for our staff, not only to allow their development, but also to ensure that we have a mechanism to audit the work we undertake.

SENIOR CLEANER
Typically they will have been with us for a 1-2 years and will have shown an aptitude to take on more responsibility. Their role in addition to cleaning duties will be the induction of staff, the management of large cleans and to ensure standards are achieved on a day-to-day basis. All new employees whether they have one or ten years experience will go through our induction programme and as part of that spend their entire first two weeks with a senior cleaner. At the end of this period various assessments will be carried out and any retraining which is required will then be actioned.

PRINCIPLE CLEANER
After a significant period as a senior cleaner when a member of staff shows both the ability and aptitude there is an opportunity to be promoted to a principle cleaner. Whilst still carrying out some cleaning the main functions of this role are to carry out quality audit checks on completed cleans, develop bespoke cleaning programmes for clients and to ensure the high standards demanded are achieved.

As you can see from the development programme whilst the majority of our staff will devote their time and effort to cleaning duties there are significant resources dedicated to the maintenance of standards and the quality checking of work carried out.
