Domestic Innovations undertake a rigorous recruitment process where by staff are fully vetted through a Criminal Record Bureau check and two rounds of interviews with all references being followed up both verbally and in writing.

After training and induction, staff are comprehensively insured, provided with uniforms and introduced to the team by working for a period with one of their experienced cleaning staff. After induction they will generally work in teams of two.
