Innovations clients come from many varied backgrounds.
These include working professionals, housewives, mums with young children and those who have retired and don’t want to spend their leisure time cleaning their homes.
All potential clients are visited for an initial consultation to
ascertain their requirements before a bespoke cleaning program developed
for their property.
Domestic Innovations encourage regular feedback via comments in
the client communication folders left at the client’s home to ensure
consistent quality standards. They provide an 8am – 8pm help desk
to answer any client queries or bookings.
The responsibility and trust as a prime key holder means the company
are often asked to provide other services on behalf of clients.
All staff are ‘animal appreciators’ and often asked by clients to
help with pet care, feeding and letting out the family cats and
dogs. They also take any deliveries inside, can provide on-site
ironing services, bring in washing if it starts to rain and will
water plants, feed fish and keep an eye on the house when clients
are on holiday.
In
the 2007 Market Research which has just been completed, when asked
what they thought of our overall cleaning services, 89% of our
clients
rated them as Excellent or Good and 98% said they would recommend
our services to a friend.
